I pursued a career as an orthodontist due to the impact I realized a confident smile could have on one’s personality, self-esteem and self- confidence. To have the privilege to provide my patient’s with the smile they’ve always dreamed of is the reason I have dedicated my professional life to orthodontics. It is an amazing opportunity to be a part of and to witness a patient’s journey to their smile transformation.
Education and Continuing Education
I completed my undergraduate studies in Biobehavioral Health with a minor in Biology at the Pennsylvania State University. I then earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, I was the recipient of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award of Merit, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society. Following dental school, I completed my three year orthodontic residency at the Montefiore Medical Center, where I served as Chief Resident.
Due to the ever- changing nature of the field of orthodontics, I remain up to date in the latest advancements through continuing education courses, seminars and study clubs to ensure my patients receive the utmost result.
